Ray Plato first moved out to Arizona as a young boy in 1972. He has grown up in the Valley of the Sun and attended Horizon High School in NE Phoenix. Ray Plato studies business at Arizona State University and graduated from Northern Arizona University with a major in Small Business Management. After graduating college, Ray Plato established and ran a very successful import/export and distribution business from an office in Scottsdale with sales exceeding $10m annually across the globe. Ray Plato obtained his real estate license in 2004 during the height of the real estate boom in Arizona.

Ray Plato is a family man with two growing children, an active real estate investor and a dedicated full time real estate broker that has brought many technical innovations to his real estate business from his many years of experience in the business world.
